As part of the group warm-up, we are doing the push-up challenge and the military sit-up challenge. How many can you get in 2 minutes?
For the push up challenge, the only acceptable rest positions are sagged or butt up. You many not rest your weight on your legs or put a knee in. For the sit-up challenge, the only acceptable rest position is up – no resting on the floor. Hands must remain interlaced behind the head.
The scores for the push-up and sit-up challenges should be logged. We will be repeating these challenges.
Then, partner WOD. Partner A runs 400m with a sandbag (45/25lb) while partner B performs 15/15 sledgehammers (16lb) and 10 step ups onto a 20″ box with a plate locked overhead (45/25lb). Score is how many rounds your team can finish in 20 minutes. During the WOD, each person must do 5 sled drags during the 20 minutes.
