Strength: Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3

Then, partner up. Partner A does as many rounds of:

  • 3 Wall walks or 3 HDPUs
  • 9 Pull-ups

Until Partner B is able to complete 3 rounds of:

  • Lunge 25m
  • 5 Push-ups

When partner B is done, A and B switch places. Partners keep track of how many rounds of the wall walks/HSPUs and pull-ups they are able to complete as a team.
