Skill: 20 Minutes to work on Rope Climb progressions (For those that have rope climbs already, work on MU progression) and warm-up the S2OH to WOD weight.

8:30 Class—

Conditioning: AMRAP 20 minutes –

  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 10 KBS (32k/24k)
  • 5 S2OH (115/75lb)
  • Run 200m, weighted (45/25lb)

9:30 Partner WOD—

Conditioning: AMRAP 25 minutes –

Only 1 Partner works at a time. Partners run together but one carries the weight for 100m, then switch.
