Conditioning: AMRAP 20 minutes –

- 5 S2OH (115/75lb)
- Run 200m, weighted (45/25lb)
9:30 Partner WOD—
Conditioning: AMRAP 25 minutes –
Only 1 Partner works at a time. Partners run together but one carries the weight for 100m, then switch.
