Strength: Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3-3
Then, for 20 minutes, perform the following partner/team workout:
One partner does deadlifts (155/95 lb) while the other partner does tire flips until relieved by the other team.
The other team member’s simultaneously perform 10 sledgehammers (16lb) and then a 200m run with sandbag. After coming back from the run, tag off the other team.
