2011 CrossFit Games Opener – As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lb/55lb)
Score is tallied by how many successful reps were completed.
This was a challenging WOD since most of our athletes are new to CrossFit and had neither done double-unders for reps before nor have they performed snatches. Everyone DID A GREAT JOB!!
Then, deadlifts – 5-3-1-1-1-1-1
Score is the weight of the last successful lift.
