Partner A runs 400m while Partner B performs as many rounds as possible of:
- 20/20 Sledgehammers (16lb)
- 10 Burpees
When Partner A returns from the run, the partners switch places. When switching places, the partner returning from the run should continue the round of hammers and burpees. Only rounds of the hammers and burpees are counted in the score.
