Three 7-minute AMRAPs at three stations with at least 7 minutes of rest between. Score is combined total rounds and reps. Athletes work for 7 minutes then act as judge to count off their partner to ensure that they meet the movement standard.
Station 1: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10″ target) & 15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Station 2: 10 Burpees & 15 Kettlebell Swings (24k/16k)
Station 3: 100m Shuttle Run & 15/15 Renegade Rows (50/35lb)
