  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 7 Hang Power Clean
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 7 Hang Power Clean
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Pull-ups

As individual or team – stagger start if necessary

Partners must complete all reps individually but can break them up however you choose – as long as all the reps are finished before moving on to the next task.
