Skill practice: Medicine ball cleans, wall balls, med ball clean to wall ball combo

Then, for 10 minutes perform the following partner workout:
One partner performs med ball clean to wall ball combos while the other partner  rows 250m (or runs 200m). Then the partners switch places. Each team counts the combos to get their score.

After a brief breather, each team should accumulate the most time in a plank hold for a separate score.

Then, group stretch time!

No one got to do the WOD as planned today but we got some good work in anyway. The good news is, I already know what we are doing for Friday’s WOD – Thursday’s partner workout.
