In WODs

All early morning classes are canceled – we will open at 9:30 am.

The Body Fat Truck will be here at 3pm. Since Wednesday’s visit was canceled he will try to fit everyone in that wants to get measured Thursday – we schedule 10 minutes for each person but it generally doesn’t take that long – he will stay as long as it takes! He will also return Sunday from 1-3pm.

Starting this Sunday we will be holding Open Gym hours from 1-3pm. This is a time where you can lift, work on a skill, and/or do a WOD you missed during the week. Normally this Open Gym will be available only to athletes with unlimited membership, however since this week had numerous cancellations due to this crazy weather, we will make it available to all athletes this Sunday only. Conditioning: For total reps in 10 min

  • 60 Wall balls (20/14#)
  • 40 KBs (30/24k)
  • 20 Burpees
