“Jillian’s Torment”
Just for fun, we did a WOD similar to the one recently done on the show “The Doctors” in which Jillian Michael’s got her butt kicked. Although no one should be subjected to their first WOD on national TV – with an unscaled workout – AND seemingly with VERY little coaching and zero practice on the exercises beforehand, any person considered a “fitness expert” should know how to do box jumps and barbell work!
This WOD is similar to Fight Gone Bad format but with only 30 seconds of work at each station. Count reps – perform each exercise for 30 seconds, complete all five stations and then rest for one minute. Complete 5 rounds.
- Box jumps (24/20″)
- SDHP (75/55lb)
- Push-press (75/55)
- Kettlebell swing (24/16k)
- Burpees
