Strength: Cleans 5×5

Then, every minute on the minute, perform hang power cleans (135/95 lb) and squats. For the first minute,  perform 3 of each, and for each minute thereafter add one. Continue until you cannot complete the reps in the minute. If you start getting behind, continue (for time) until you reach 15 reps of each.

Finisher: 1 minute plank hold with two feet down (or one minute of effort), one minute rest, one minute plank hold with left foot elevated, 1 minute rest, one minute plank hold with right foot elevated
