Then for time, perform each of the following exercises. 10 reps for the first round and decrease your number of reps by one until you complete 1 rep of each:

Floor press with plate (45/35) –  2x (double the reps for this move – for example if you are on your first round with 10 reps, do 20. If you are on your 9 round, do 18… and so on)
Deadlift (185/135)
Hang power clean (135/95)
Lateral squat jump over 12″ hurdle
